Family Auction Center is a member of the Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA), whose members are required to attend specialized training on the uniform standards of personal property appraisal practice and report writing. We meet Internal Revenue Service appraisal requirements along with estate and gift appraisals, charitable donation appraisals, bankruptcy appraisals, insurance appraisals, appraisals for divorce, and casualty loss.
As a member of CAGA, we have made a commitment to the Certified Appraisers Guild Code of Professional Ethics and to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).
